The Residences and common area facilities will be managed by dedicated residence management under the supervision of the Four Seasons resort management team, to ensure the quality of service and standards matches that of the hotel. This will include general administration and management, resort transportation, landscaping maintenance, routine and preventive maintenance, general repairs, pest control, pool cleaning and 24-hour security.
Owners are responsible for maintenance and services fee for the ongoing upkeep of common infrastructure and facilities provided. Owners are also liable for specific charges such as electricity, water and sundries (food and beverage, and other supplies during their stay) for their individual residence. Sinking fund contribution is required from owners for major infrastructure repairs and/or improvements.
